Training for the plug and play equipment is available through our office. Remote troubleshooting is available via telephone (215-898-0514) and via the helpdesk intercom that is built-in to the wallplates in most of our public spaces. Laptop computers are available for loan from AC335. On-site setup services are available for a fee.
