1. For all elisa and ria analytes that do not have a bulk price (human and mouse insulin, human cpeptide, glucagon and mouse ins elisa) minimum order is 80% of full kit. Any set of samples that are < 80% will be charged labor fee representing 80% capacity of plate/kit if the order is for only 1 kit/plate.
2. Add fees for sample extraction:
   • a. simple extraction (no drying) $3
   • b. complex extraction $6-10
3. All Roche assays will be quoted with a labor fee + cost of reagents
