Recent global health projects

In the fall of 2023, I travelled to Gaborone, Botswana though the Botswana UPenn Partnership. Along with a fellow PGY-4 radiology resident, I helped staff the radiology department at Princess Marina Hospital in Gaborone where I was involved in image interpretation, collaboration with current trainees, and performing basic image guided diagnostic procedures.

Later in 2023, I travelled to Kathmandu Nepal with several colleagues from the UPenn Department of Radiology. Once there we performed POCUS examinations to identify high risk pregnancies in rural communities and collaborated with several major hospitals.
